By clicking this box I have read and understand the Brackley Athletic membership rules & Constitution, Code of Conduct and polices, which are available on the policies section of the club website, and hereby give permission for my child to train and where possible play football matches with Brackley Athletic Football Club.

Membership Fee *

I understand that the membership fee is to cover the costs associated with running the football club which includes player & public liability insurance, the provision of appropriate training equipment and qualified coaches, this list is not exhaustive. The fee does not guarantee my child a place in the team for regular games. For a breakdown of fees and sibling discount please check our policies section of the website or click here.

Payment Schedule *

I will pay the annual membership in two instalments. The first payment of £100 is due by 31st August (or play in Autumn season will not be permitted) and the second payment of £100 is due by 30th November (or play in the Spring season will not be permitted).

I will pay the membership over a six month period. The first payment of £50 is due 31st July followed by 5 monthly payments of £30 due by the end of each subsequent month.

I would like to discuss an alternative payment plan with the finance team.
