The date and time of the session must be arranged between the parent/carer and coach not the child or young person.
The parent/carer must answer the call at the beginning of each session.
The parent/carer should be present throughout the session, either in the same room or in an open-plan setting within the vicinity of the computer.
Any communications outside the designated training session will only take place between coach and parent via the parent’s phone/email or the usual group communications channels on Heja, WhatsApp etc.
No recording of the session or screenshots should be taken.
